I am very impressed with how quickly you were able to turn it around. The people I spoke to were helpful and explained the problem clearly in a language I understood without being patronising 10 out of 10 computer assistance.  I can now print my Christmas cards.

 I just wanted to thank you for such an efficient service. It’s a busy and stressful time of year for us, so I was particularly thankful for the pretty much seamless change over of our systems. I was particularly appreciative of the fact that you managed over a weekend, it would have been a bloody nightmare during the week! I am extremely happy with the new hardware, it’s fast and reliable and saves us a lot of time when we are busy.
